Anyway, I've had some interest in Vlad that I would consider to be strong.

I'm not about to move him for the current offer, but if that offer gets better I may be left with no choice but to do what's right for my team.

If you'd like to make an offer yourself, this is probably the time to do it.

Again, absolutely nothing has been agreed to and at this point he's not going anywhere, but I have a feeling if the offer gets better that situation changes rapidly.

I wouldn't. I'd call it saving time if buddy's offer increases. If no responses he can pull the trigger asa it comes in.
